The company has been created in 2015 by Anna Huwiler, Work and Organizational Psychologist. Most assignments are directly dealt with by Anna Huwiler, however, in order to maximize impact and objectivity, she collaborates with extern partners such as: specialists in business economics, engineers and fellow psychologists. Partners are carefully selected depending on each assignment in order to play a complementary role in their specific field of expertise.
